Background: What is the nature and Ä?ƵÆ?Ä?Æ?Žn of changes to admissions for Ä?ÅÄ«Ä?Æ?Ä?nÆ? types of acute coronary syndrome (ACS), among Æ?Ä?Æ?Ä?nÆ?Æ during early stage and Ä?Å?Ä?Æ? one year of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic in Gaza? Methods: The ÅnvÄ?ÆÆ?ÅÄ?Æ?ŽÆ?Æ analyzed data on hospital admissions in Gaza for types of Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) from August 25-2019, to October 1 2019, that were recorded in the Alshifa Hospital Cardiology Department Service Ä?mÅÆ©Ä?Ä? WÄ?Æ?Ä?nÆ? Care database. Admissions were cůÄ?ÆÆÅÄ®Ä?Ä? as ^dͲůÄ?vÄ?Æ?Žn Myocardial /nĨÄ?Æ?cÆ?Žn (STEMI) and non- ST Ä?ůÄ?vÄ?Æ?Žn Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) (nonSTEACS) and we calculate the Ä?ÅÄ?ÅnŽÆÆ?c and Percutaneous Coronary /nÆ?Ä?Æ?vÄ?nÆ?Žn (PCI) rate and we compared to the same Æ?mÄ? period in 2020 and 2021. Results: Hospital admissions for Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) in 2019 was 99 Æ?Ä?Æ?Ä?nÆ?Æ declined to 40 Æ?Ä?Æ?Ä?nÆ?ΖÆ admission in 2020 and increased to 175 Æ?Ä?Æ?Ä?nÆ?Æ in 2021 in this Æ?mÄ? period. In 2020 a Æ?Ä?Ä?ƵcÆ?Žn of total Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) admission was 60%. During the period of declining admissions, there were Æ?Ä?Ä?ƵcÆ?ŽnÆ in the number of admissions for all types of Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS), including both ^dͲůÄ?vÄ?Æ?Žn Myocardial /nĨÄ?Æ?cÆ?Žn (STEMI) and NON-STEACS, with a percent Æ?Ä?Ä?ƵcÆ?Žn of 64 % NON-STEACS in parallel, Æ?Ä?Ä?ƵcÆ?ŽnÆ were recorded in the ^dͲůÄ?vÄ?Æ?Žn Myocardial /nĨÄ?Æ?cÆ?Žn (STEMI) percent Æ?Ä?Ä?ƵcÆ?Žn ^dͲ ůÄ?vÄ?Æ?Žn Myocardial /nĨÄ?Æ?cÆ?Žn (STEMI) Æ?Ä?Æ?Ä?nÆ? was 4% in 2019 and 21% in 2020. The total Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) admission in 2021 was 175 Æ?Ä?Æ?Ä?nÆ?ÆÍ? increases compared with 2019 by 77%. The increase rate in nonSTEMI Æ?Ä?Æ?Ä?nÆ? was 68 and increases rate in ^dͲůÄ?vÄ?Æ?Žn Myocardial /nĨÄ?Æ?cÆ?Žn (STEMI) was 100% compared with 2019. The mortality rate for ^dͲůÄ?vÄ?Æ?Žn Myocardial /nĨÄ?Æ?cÆ?Žn (STEMI) Æ?Ä?Æ?Ä?nÆ? was 4% in 2019 and 2021. Conclusion: We found that ÆÅÅnÅÄ®cÄ?nÆ? Æ?Ä?Ä?ƵcÆ?Žn in the number of Æ?Ä?Æ?Ä?nÆ?Æ with Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) who were Ä?Ä?mÅÆ©Ä?Ä? to the hospital but increase in mortality rate in ^dͲůÄ?vÄ?Æ?Žn Myocardial /nĨÄ?Æ?cÆ?Žn (STEMI) in 2020 (during the Ä®Æ?ÆÆ? month of pandemic), and ÆÅÅnÅÄ®cÄ?nÆ? increases of Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) admission rate with the same mortality rate of ^dͲůÄ?vÄ?Æ?Žn Myocardial
